Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee and supervise RBTs with ongoing training.
• Monitor client progress via data analysis and adjust programs.
• Collaborate with families and provide caregiver training.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure quality service.
