Qualifications include an advanced degree with BACB coursework, active BCBA certification, and two years of relevant clinical experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• LABA preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience in ABA interventions and data-based decision making.
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to laptop/CPS and high-speed internet for Full Time roles.

Aufgaben

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and direct treatment.
• Document and graph data, write progress reports, and develop behavior support plans.
