Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its ABA team in Western Massachusetts.

You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, complete assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans while coaching families and staff across home, school, clinic, and community settings. Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Master’s degree in a related mental health field.
• Experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Strong documentation, training, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide services across home, school, clinic, and other community settings.
• Train and coach caregivers, direct support professionals, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor progress through data collection and update plans as needed.
• Ensure timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.
• Collaborate with families and external providers to support consistent and effective care.
