Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Clinton Township, MI to support students with diverse needs through functional assessments and evidence-based interventions. You will collaborate with school teams to implement effective ABA strategies and participate in IEP meetings.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• School-based experience preferred, with knowledge of IEP processes and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs, analyze behavioral data, and develop BIPs to support student success.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to address individual needs and improve access to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to provide behavioral consultation and staff training.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support crisis prevention and compliance with special education requirements.
