Qualifications

• Maintains BACB Certification.
• Maintains State Certification.
• Maintains BLS / CPR certification.
• No criminal background.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise behavior technicians.
• Perform assessments and create individualized programs.
• Analyze client progress and update programs.
• Conduct weekly parent training meetings.
• Manage insurance correspondence and safety.

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field
