Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-person services in Clinton, IL. The role involves assessments, IEP/ BSP development, staff training, data collection, and collaboration with school teams and families.

Responsibilities include creating and adjusting Behavior Intervention Plans, coordinating with the Special Education team, and guiding RBTs and BCaBA staff as needed. The position requires travel to office locations and a current BCBA license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field.
• Active BACB certification – passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate – certified to provide supervision to RBTs and has supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Writes assessment reports with behavior support recommendations and monitors progress.
• Collaborates with school teams and families on behavior support strategies.
• Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and develops Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Creates data collection forms and trains staff on ABA plan implementation.
• Participates in MDT meetings and IEP reviews; supports data-driven decisions.
