Job summary

Allied OneSource is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral support initiatives in a K–12 school setting. The role includes conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and applying ABA strategies to promote positive behavior and academic achievement.

The candidate should hold a current BCBA certification, valid state licensure for school practice, and at least one year of BCBA experience in educational environments.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• Valid state licensure for school practice.
• Minimum 1 year BCBA experience, preferably in schools.
• Expertise in FBAs and BIPs.
• Knowledge of MTSS, PBIS and IEP processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork with educators, families, and admins.

Responsibilities

• Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support student growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming framework.
• Support classroom teams, families, and administrators in behavioral planning.
