Job summary

Ozark Center, part of Freeman Health System, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Autism Center team. You will perform functional assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans, analyze data, and train staff and families in evidence-based practices.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, BCBA certification, and at least one year of experience with children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (psychology, special education, social work, or counseling).
• BCBA certification or eligibility is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and implement intensive ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Develop, monitor, and update behavior support and individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct normed and criterion-based assessments; analyze data to inform treatment.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure documentation accuracy; monthly RBT supervision.
• Provide parent training and ongoing family support; assist with billing/documentation.
