Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We design an environment where employees can think big and have fun while delivering outstanding ABA care across centers, homes, and schools.

The role includes travel between assignments and a strong back-office support system. We offer competitive compensation—up to $90/hour or $95,000 yearly depending on state—with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate is required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care for clients across settings.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress.
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations with families.
