Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in the United States. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive client success.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication to advance treatment outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
