Qualifikationen

• Requires BCBA credentials and mastery of ABA principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing BIPs.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families.
• Stay up-to-date with ABA research and best practices.
