Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional BCBA professionals to join our team in Maryland. We offer full-time or part-time BCBA roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Expect competitive pay up to $120,000 yearly, with bi-weekly payroll and strong back-office support to focus on quality care. Travel up to 25% is required between centers, homes, and schools; valid BCBA certification and vehicle are necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Must have a vehicle for travel between assignments and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavior treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
