Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certification required.
• Experience working with children/teens with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Active Maryland LBA license preferred or in process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care and supervise progress of ABA technicians.
• Supervise and train ABA staff; implement individualized behavior support plans.
• Communicate results with families and provide progress summaries.
• Graph data and adjust strategies to ensure client progress.
