Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This full‑time role involves designing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs, with a capped caseload and no weekend requirements.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct functional assessments, and collaborate with medical professionals to deliver high‑quality care. A Master’s in Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification are required, with 3+ years of ABA experience and

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification required.
Minimum 3 years ABA experience with ASD/behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
Provide training and supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide direct therapy services as needed.
Conduct parent training and provide ongoing family support.
Maintain accurate records and progress documentation.
Adhere to BACB guidelines and professional ethics.
Participate in ongoing professional development.
