Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and a supportive environment focused on high-quality ABA services for children.

You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise ABA technicians, and collaborate with families to understand assessments and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Create tailored behavioral treatment and skill plans.
• Train ABA technicians and monitor progress.
• Support families to understand assessments and recommendations.
• Graph data and provide routine progress summaries.
