Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required with minimum 3 years of ABA experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Deliver direct therapy services as needed.
• Lead parent training and family support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure BACB guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
