Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in Maryland to provide high-quality ABA services to clients. You will lead clinical programs, supervise paraprofessionals, and mentor colleagues within a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification with an LBA in MD.
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments and develop ABA programs.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as necessary.
• Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers.
• Direct and supervise paraprofessionals to ensure quality service.
