Blue Gems ABA in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead evidence-based behavioral analysis services for children. You will conduct assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality care.

In this role you will analyze data, adjust interventions as needed, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and schools. The position emphasizes work-life balance, ongoing mentorship, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
