Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is actively seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with families and educators to support children’s progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (current)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Collaborative, team-focused approach
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
