Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services and supervise RBTs in a collaborative setting. You will assess, design, and oversee individualized treatment plans for children, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
