Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC seeks a BCBA to provide clinical oversight, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and supervise RBTs within a collaborative team.

You will analyze data, adjust interventions, train caregivers, and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to help children achieve meaningful progress. The role emphasizes ongoing mentorship, professional development, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work-life balance with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
