Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Raleigh, NC seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead assessment and treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and craft behavior intervention programs. You will analyze data to drive decisions and collaborate with families and schools to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill‑acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data‑driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
