Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to join a team that prioritizes clinical excellence and clinician growth. We provide ongoing clinical support, mentorship, and a flexible schedule designed to support work‑life balance.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, develop and monitor behavior-analytic programs, analyze data, train caregivers, and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and BACB credentials.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
