Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead behavioral programs for children and families. You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and design data-driven interventions in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB credential current.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
