Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality services for families affected by autism.

You’ll collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction. We offer a flexible caseload, supportive environment, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create PBS-based solutions to improve quality of life for clients and families.
• Contribute to building an organization that attracts top professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
