Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team. You will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Related degree required or equivalent.
Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize skill acquisition and generalization.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
