Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to improve quality of life for clients with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Related degree in ABA/Behavior Analysis is required
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Create PBS-based systems to improve quality of life for individuals and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies
