Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and analysts, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

You will conduct FBAs, develop plans, and ensure high-quality services across home, school and community settings, while adhering to BACB ethics and PBS policies. PBS offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work in homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
