Get Set ABA is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Maryland team on remote, hybrid schedules. The role supports children with autism in a flexible environment with competitive compensation.

We offer full-time, part-time, and hybrid options, with clinical leadership and opportunities for growth in supervision, coordination, and content creation within a BCBA-led company.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience in program development and RBT supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
