Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Orange County, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess individuals on the autism spectrum and create individualized behavior intervention plans. You will collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure client progress.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, travel to client homes, and strong opportunities for supervision, CEUs, and career growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Current BCBA certification required through BACB.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
