Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or in progress in relevant field.
• Current BCBA license or taking the exam within 3 months, students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve client behaviors.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as clients learn new skills.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure consistent care across learners.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to growing team of behavior technicians.
• Perform physical activities with clients as they move through session areas.
