Proud Moments ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Rio Rancho, NM. We offer a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time hires and flexible schedules (full or part-time) with a supportive clinical team and robust bonuses.

As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing professional development within a large organization that values local care teams.

Qualifications

• As an ideal BCBA, you hold a Master’s degree and BCBA licensure or are close to certification.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum is essential.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments; strong judgment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and share achievements with families.
• Communicate assessment results and treatment recommendations to parents.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to the team of technicians.
• Engage in day-to-day activities with energy and pace to support sessions.
