Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
Current state Behavior Analyst licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
Experience with children with ASD in ABA setting.
Experience supervising RBTs/clinical teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA services.
Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
Analyze client data and adjust treatment recommendations.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and company policies.
Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation promptly.
Monitor client progress and ensure high-quality service delivery.
