Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team focused on high-quality ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to integrate goals into daily routines.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required in the state or exam within 3 months.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in ABA preferred, strong leadership and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and other staff, providing training and tools.
• Conduct assessments (FBA, preference) and update goals.
• Collaborate with parents to train and integrate goals at home and daily routines.
• Coordinate care with other professionals to maximize client progress.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in service delivery.
• Work with remote, in-home, and center-based delivery options.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance and supervisor check-ins.
