Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in a range of opportunities including full-time, part-time, hybrid, and virtual roles. We offer flexibility, autonomy, and strong leadership support to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Our clinicians work with families to create meaningful progress and sustainable outcomes, with weekly billable goals and attainable caseloads

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams.
• Experience with children diagnosed with ASD in ABA setting.
• Licensure in state where required or ability to obtain before providing services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA services.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Monitor client progress and ensure high-quality service delivery.
