United Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team dedicated to high-quality ABA services for children with autism. You will develop and supervise treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to implement goals across home and center settings.

The role offers flexible scheduling, partial remote options, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates with BCBA certification and a master's in ABA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required in your state, or exam within 3 months.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in ABA is preferred (1+ years), though new BCBAs are welcome.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise RBTs and other staff, providing training and guidance.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, preference assessments) and update goals.
• Collaborate with parents to train goals in daily routines.
• Coordinate care with other professionals to maximize client progress.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in service delivery.
• Work with remote, in-home, and center-based service delivery options.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance reviews and supervisor check-ins.
