Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across our centers and, when appropriate, community settings. You will supervise behavior technicians, design and implement treatment plans, and ensure ethical, individualized programming in collaboration with caregivers.

The role emphasizes progress tracking, client-focused goals, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team that values growth and research opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with evidence-based practice.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients.
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings with supervision of staff.
• Develop progress reports and monitor client progress.
• Direct, lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Ensure programming aligns with BACB guidelines and funding requirements.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA.
