Qualifications

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served.
• Communicate with supervisors and guardians about progress.
• Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes.
• Organize training for staff competency.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan.
