Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks dedicated clinicians to support children and adults with ASD, IDD, or mental illness. You will conduct assessments, coordinate home and community visits, and ensure effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans across diverse settings.

The role offers the flexibility to work from home when not in session, with opportunities for advancement and a balanced schedule, serving both adult and youth populations in multiple

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or emphasis on learning and development.
• At least 2+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, moving between positions).
• State-specific requirements may apply (BCBA/BCaBA, psychologist licenses, or related credentials).

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patient needs.
• Communicate progress with supervisors, staff, families, and guardians.
• Provide monthly schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensure Behavior Intervention Plan is implemented effectively.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Complete monthly/quarterly progress notes.
• Organize training to certify staff in BSP implementation and documentation.
• Provide follow-up interviews, home visits, and ongoing support.
• Maintain strong clinical records for accessible information.
• Act as liaison with public and mental health to support goals.
• Assist in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs.
• Complete continued education on behaviorally based interventions.
