Job summary

ABA SHINE is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our clinical team. We provide a diverse range of ABA services across the lifespan, collaborating with RCEB and other funding sources, including caregiver coaching and parent-led interventions.

As a BCBA, you may supervise BTs and RBTs, conduct assessments, develop behavior support plans, and train caregivers, in home and community settings. We offer a flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options, a supportive, collaborative environment,

Qualifications

• Board Certification as BCBA is required.
• Excellent communication skills with families and teams.
• Empathy, patience, and ethical practice are essential.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities.
