Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a flexible in-person/remote role. The BCBA will design and supervise ABA programs, collaborate with families, educators, and professionals, and ensure ethical, data-driven decision making to support children's progress.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and confidence mentoring RBTs while delivering

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
• Lead and mentor RBTs through supervision and skills development.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
• Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
• Ensure ethical standards and compliance with regulations and best practices.
