Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our team, offering Full-Time and Part-Time positions with flexible schedules and a remote option. The role focuses on leading behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and mentoring RBTs.

You will collaborate with families and schools to drive meaningful progress, guiding families through education and support while helping children acquire essential communication, social, behavioral, and life skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians/RBTs or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and make informed treatment decisions.
• Collaborates with families, schools and multidisciplinary providers to optimize care.
• Educates and guides families to support treatment goals.
• Helps children build communication, social, behavioral and life skills.

Responsibilities
