Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid in-person and remote, part-time position in Colorado Springs. The role includes supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and crafting individualized treatment plans for a small caseload while maintaining balance and flexibility.

You will collaborate with educators and families to drive meaningful progress, with supportive leadership and a culture that prioritizes heart-first care.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with ABA experience.
• Excellent collaboration with teams and families.
• Clear and confident communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of clients (7–10).
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with educators and families to track progress.
• Uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
