Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team in Denver. We offer flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time hourly options, a small caseload, and supportive leadership focused on work-life balance.

As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and educators to foster meaningful progress—while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with ABA experience.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• Flexible schedule and hybrid work options.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own small caseload of kids and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with educators and families to create meaningful progress.
