House of Hearts ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role serving Broomfield, CO and surrounding areas. You will provide clinical oversight, supervise RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans with a focus on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active Colorado license.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: provide case management and supervise RBTs with integrity.
• Hybrid supervision: in-person and remote support for families and staff.
• Assessments & treatment planning: develop individualized plans reflecting client needs.
• Collaboration: work with caregivers, school staff, and team members to drive outcomes.
• Ethics & compliance: adhere to BACB guidelines and payer policies.
• Growth: contribute ideas to Colorado program expansion.
