House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role that supports a hybrid work model—remote and in-person—in Tucson, AZ. You will manage a small caseload of amazing kids and families while collaborating closely with educators and families.

The role includes supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and designing individualized treatment plans, with compassionate, evidence-based care and a focus on ethical practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Strong communication with teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own small caseload of kids and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
