Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Denver, CO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team. This hybrid role offers both remote and in-person supervision and therapy across school and home settings.

You’ll manage a small exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with educators and families while adhering to BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and ABA experience required.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with educators.
• Excellent communication and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: 7–10 clients with high-quality ABA services.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): support RBTs and teachers.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): supervises cases remotely.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: design individualized plans.
• Grow With Us: build relationships with schools and communities.
• Stay Compliant & Ethical: adhere to BACB ethics and policies.
