Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible part-time and full-time hourly roles. Pay rate is $85–$105/hour with a hybrid schedule (remote and in-person) and a minimum of 1 year ABA experience.

You’ll manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs in schools and homes, conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families to drive meaningful progress while upholding ethical standards.
