Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is hiring BCBAs dedicated to placing kids and families first. You will manage cases for children on the autism spectrum, conduct intakes and assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. The team collaborates across in-home, school, and clinic environments.

We offer flexible schedules, growth paths, and CEU opportunities. This full- or part-time role includes health, dental, and vision coverage, along with relocation assistance for select positions.

Qualifications

• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the BACB.
• NC LBA (or the ability to obtain).
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain).
• Reliable transportation – Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Provide treatment based on your recommendations and clinical best practice.
• Provide Family support and training.
• Lead and educate a team of Behavior Therapists and RBTs.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping communities.
• Discharge and Transition planning for children on your caseload.
• In-home, school, and clinic environments available.
