Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Cary, NC is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, value-based autism services across in-home, school, and clinic settings. You’ll manage cases, lead a team of Therapists, and collaborate with clinicians to tailor data-driven treatment plans for each child.

We offer flexible schedules, small caseloads, and robust professional growth opportunities, with sign-on and relocation assistance for select full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with BACB certification.
• NC LBA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background and abuse registry checks.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Provide treatment based on clinical best practice for clients.
• Provide family support and training.
• Lead and educate a team of Therapists and RBTs.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping communities.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
• In-home, school, and clinic environments available.
